Kyle Whieldon - General Manager
Kyle is an experienced BC Master Electrician FSR-B with over 15 years in the electrical industry. He currently serves as the General Manager of 1&2 Electric and is the prime electrical contractor in the Okanagan Valley serving commercial, industrial and residential clients.
Kyle has a deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of the electrical industry and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of 1&2 Electric's operations. He is a proven leader, with exceptional management skills and a commitment to excellence. He takes pride in ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety and works closely with his team to provide top-notch customer service.

Ryan Greer - Project Manager and Estimator
A Project Manager, Estimator, and Master Electrician with decades of experience in the commercial and industrial electrical industries. His extensive field experience and technical expertise give him a practical understanding of what it takes to plan, coordinate, and successfully execute complex projects.
Ryan specializes in project coordination, estimating, crew and supplier management, and collaboration with clients, contractors, engineers, consultants and governing authorities. His leadership style is direct, professional and focused on keeping projects organized, productive and on schedule.
Safety is a fundamental part of Ryan’s approach to every project. He is committed to maintaining safe work practices, supporting a strong safety culture: ensuring that teams have the knowledge, planning and direction required to perform their work safely and responsibly.
Throughout his career, Ryan has contributed to a diverse range of commercial, industrial, institutional, agricultural, and residential projects, including: hospitals and healthcare facilities, wastewater treatment plants, stand-alone and grid-tied solar photovoltaic and energy storage systems, generator systems, motor control centres, central distribution systems and panelboards, CNC milling and industrial manufacturing facilities, food processing facilities, waste processing and recycling plants, restaurants and commercial storefronts, commercial agricultural facilities, row housing and multi-story residential projects, custom built homes exceeding 6,000 square feet.
Ryan bridges the gap between project planning and execution: ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently through a high standard of workmanship combining field experience, technical knowledge, project management expertise and leadership skills.
